I'd say I'll reply to you at the end of the year but I'm sure you'll just ignore it when I do, it's so blatantly obvious I'm right about this from every possible angle lmao. Everyone else is including the devs is literally delusional if they think this game is full releasing this year. Not really, I'm just looking at what is there, how fast they are developing, and comparing to other games that have been in EA hell for years even with bigger budgets. If the "early access" tag came from Valve, and not the devs, it would actually mean something, but when anyone can just say at any point" yea my game is complete now" it doesn't mean anything.
Hell, I could just launch into full release day 1 and there's still nothing anyone can do about it. No one will stop me, not Steam, not anyone else. I could launch a trash "game" that took me one hour to make with nothing to do but run in circles in an empty room, call it early access, and then two weeks later say "ok it's full release now" and take the early access tag off. No one "enforcing any rules." If there was, they would have forced no mans sky to have that tag for years after it's release, but no, they were allowed to not have that tag even though the game was blatantly unfinished, and missing many advertised features. Thats why I dont understand people who "hate early access" games.
No Mans Sky is one popular example, Mount and Blade is another. There's hundreds of games on Steam that have gotten tons of patches/content after full-release.
